William Trimble is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. He is a graduate of Grinnell College (B.A.), where he studied philosophy. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. William Trimble is a member of the McLean County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
Sandra K. Loeb

Sandra K. Loeb has devoted over 25 years of legal practice to representing injured persons in workers' compensation and personal injury matters throughout Central Illinois and beyond. She has successfully tried cases before juries in Champaign, Kankakee and Vermilion Counties, and has arbitrated workers' compensation cases all over the State of Illinois. She has also taken many court room battles through the appeals process and has found justice for her clients in the higher courts.
Sandy's communication, writing, and research skills have helped countless clients-solidifying her reputation as one of Illinois' premier injury attorneys. Humble and always willing to collaborate, Sandy enthusiastically shares her knowledge and experience with her clients and colleagues. She has been a speaker at several continuing legal education seminars.
Sandy is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and has served on its Workers’ Compensation Section and Civil Practice Committee. She is a past president of the East Central Illinois Women Attorneys Association and currently serves on its program committee where she helps to design and facilitate continuing legal education programs for a diverse membership. Sandy has also earned the recognition of being named a Leading Lawyer, an honor that is bestowed upon less than five percent of lawyers in a given state each year and can only be earned through the recommendations of peers in statewide surveys.
She is a double Illini, having obtained her B.A. in 1994 from the University of Illinois College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and her J.D. in 1999 from the University of Illinois College of Law. She was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 1999
Ryan Ash

Ryan began his academic journey at Anderson University, where he studied History and Political Science. Following his passion for advocacy, he attended the Western Michigan University School of Law, specializing in Juvenile Law. Since being licensed to practice in Illinois in 2018, Ryan has remained an active member of both the Illinois State Bar Association and the McLean County Bar Association.
Before joining the team at Williams and Swee, Ryan spent nearly a decade refining his litigation and negotiation skills across Central Illinois. His prior practice focused on the complexities of Family and Juvenile Law. He frequently assisted parents through the intricacies of Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) lawsuits and served as a Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of children within the legal system.
This extensive background in advocacy and family dynamics provides Ryan with a unique perspective when representing disabled individuals. He understands that legal challenges often affect the entire family unit, and he brings a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to every case.
Today, Ryan represents disabled people of all ages throughout the State of Illinois. He focuses his practice on guiding clients through the Social Security Disability process, ensuring they receive the benefits they are entitled to. Whether a client is applying for the first time or navigating an appeal, Ryan provides the steadfast legal counsel necessary to navigate the system with confidence.

Michelle is a seasoned litigator with over twenty years of legal experience.
Since 2017, Michelle has limited her practice to representing injured people in Motor Vehicle, Premise Liability, Product Liability, and Worker’s Compensation matters.
In the past she has served as class co-counsel in NB v. Norwood, a federal class action lawsuit seeking treatment for thousands of disabled children living in Illinois.
Michelle is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. She received her B.S. in Chemistry from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State University) and worked as a chemist for several years before attending law school.
In law school, Michelle received the CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in her first-year property class. She was an associate editor for The University of Illinois Journal of Law, Technology & Policy and President of the Myra Bradwell Association of Woman Law Students. She also participated in moot court competitions. While in law school, Michelle passed the registration exam for the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is still a registered patent attorney.
After graduating from law school, Michelle spent several years as a law clerk for the Honorable Joe B. McDade, United States District Court Judge, Central District of Illinois. During her tenure as a law clerk, she assisted court appointed monitors in Johnson v. Board of Education Champaign Community Unit School District #4, Case No. 00-CV-1349 (C.D. Ill.), a school desegregation case. Michelle also worked as a staff attorney for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals drafting memorandum and opinions for federal appellate court judges in a variety of civil and criminal law matters.
In her spare time Michelle enjoys spending time with her children and cycling.
